Staying Happy

During this pandemic, I've found happiness in routine. A few of my friends and I have put together a schedule, something to give us a sense of routine, even if it's small, to give structure to our day. Although it's small, I find it very helpful, and keeps me somewhat relaxed. Along with that, I've spent at least an hour every day taking a walk around. I have no set destination, instead putting on music and wandering wherever my legs take me. I've found it keeps my anxiety down, along with allowing me to get out the energy I've pent up staying inside all day. With that, I've also had more time to focus on my hobbies. I've gotten a lot more art done, and I've found I've really enjoyed it when I give myself the motivation to start a project.
